What are Softskills?

The idea behind the Softskills project is championed by its founder, Lukáš Hromják. Lukáš Hromják has been in business for 19 years and has long established an excellent reputation in his industry
The Softskills project is a nonprofit organization that was created out of the need to pass on valuable experiences that he and the people who are part of his company have gained in practice.
The idea was not only to provide theoretical education to students but also to impart practical experiences that are time-tested and proven in practice, which today are evidenced by the many successes the company has achieved.

The 2023/2024 school year is marked by the 8th edition of the Softskills project. The collaboration involves over 300 secondary schools across Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The project has been successfully completed by more than 1,000 students in their final years.

What topics do we focus on?

It is important for us that all the skills a person who joins the Softskills project can be used in practice and applied every day. That is why our certified instructors, who apply these skills on a daily basis, will guide you through the entire Softskills project.

Employment vs. Entrepreneurship

The certainty of a job? Or the risk of running your own business? The risk of a job? Or the certainty of owning your business? Together, we will explore all the advantages and risks associated with the world of employees and entrepreneurs.

Communication

How to impress in an interview? How to make the best first impression? How to master the art of communication? How to ask the right questions? How to listen effectively? We will learn to tackle these and other questions and situations together.

Simple Psychology

Do you know how to best impress with your personality? How much does advertising influence you? What is more important? Verbal or non-verbal communication cues? Or perhaps something else? Do you know how to leave the best impression on people when working with them?

Successful Life Attitude

How much will my whole life cost me? What are my dreams and goals? Should I even work on my dreams? And if yes, how? Will I find my motivation? How do I deal with all life situations?

Functioning of Men and Women

What secrets does the male and female mind hold? How to build and improve relationships with parents, children, in your profession, or even at school?

Leadership

How to become a better leader, manager, and improve leadership skills? How to stay motivated and inspire your team? How to achieve better results in business and leadership?

Procrastination

What are the aspects of procrastination? What role does the length of life play in procrastination? What are the outputs of the comfort zone? What is the disadvantage of today is era, which is the best in human history?

Time management

Are you able to accomplish everything as you would like? Do you have enough time for yourself, work, family, and friends? Do you have harmony in everything you do? Are you using your time as a means to achieve your goals?

Building Habits

What does "commitment" mean? What are the differential factors of successful people? Why do 2/3 of New Year is resolutions fail within the first week? What role does sleep play in this?

Real-Life Success Stories

A great thing, namely this project, is also supported by various personalities who have achieved success in both personal and professional fields. This is precisely based on acquiring these skills.
And since this project has always focused on life, not theory, the culmination of the entire project is a 2-day, personal meeting with people who share their views on life and attitudes towards various situations.
With people who have a different "mindset" than the majority.

What awaits you during the project?

The project consists of a maximum of 4 parts.
The main part of the project consists of 2 levels: Level 1 and Level 2. All mentioned topics are discussed in the given Levels. At the same time, preparation is underway before the start - Level 0.
Selected graduates can join Level 3.
